Note for iOS users: After you are finished, if you use the native calender widget it will not show work events anymore, you will have to use the outlook widget instead.


Before we begin, do you have 1.2 GB of free space on your device?


You must have 1.2GB of free space on your device to continue.

When you have made available space, please press "Next". If you need help clearing space on your device, please go to our help center.

Ensure Stolen Device Protection is disabled before proceeding.

Turn off Stolen Device Protection on your iPhone for at least an hour before enrolling your phone. You can turn this feature on after your phone is enrolled with the firm and set up.

Check if you have Stolen Device Protection enabled:

1.Open Settings

2.Select “Face ID & Passcode.” If you have a passcode set up, you will need to enter it to continue.

3.Scroll down to “Stolen Device Protection”. It will be labeled “On” or “Off.” 


Note: Face ID needs to be set up with Apple to enable Stolen Device Protection. If you don’t see the Stolen Device Protection feature, Face ID is likely not set up.

You will receive multiple notifications to install apps required by the firm. Select "Install" or "Manage" on every app notification that appears. 


Note: These installation prompts may take up to 30 minutes to appear. You can try to manually force them to appear by opening the "Company Portal" app or restarting your phone.

If you already had Outlook Mobile installed for a personal account, click "Next" to continue with instructions on how to set up your work email.


If you were not already using Outlook Mobile for a personal account, click "Finish".

To use your work email on Outlook Mobile, open the Outlook Mobile app and tap on the top left icon. Your screen should look similiar to this. Click on the "+" icon in the left sidebar.

4. Tap the Check Mark.


5. Tap your Mail Account (e.g. Office 365).


6. Enable Automatic Replies. If needed, select a date range to reply.


7. Tap to Reply to everyone or Reply only to my organization.

5. Enter the meeting's details, including the date, time, and location.

1. Next to the invite, tap RSVP.

2. See where the events falls on your calendar, add a message if you like, and tap Yes, Maybe, or No, to respond.

Adding an Outlook Calendar Widget to your Device

On iOS

1. Swipe down from the top of your screen to bring down the notification center.

2. Swipe to the right to view your widgets and scroll to the bottom and tap Edit.

3. Scroll down to the list of apps and tap the + next to Outlook and tap Done.

You can access your widgets easily by swiping down or swiping to the left most screen on home.

On Android

1. Hold your finger on an empty space on your home screen.

2. Tap Widgets at the bottom of your screen.

3. Swipe until you find the Outlook group and tap it.

4. Touch and hold the Outlook Agenda widget and move it to where you want on your Home screen.

5. Choose your settings and tap OK. Then drag the borders of the widget to the size you prefer

How to check how much storage space you have

Android: 

1. Tap Settings

2. Tap Storage

From there, you can see what's taking up space on your phone.


iPhone: 

1. Tap Settings

2. Choose General

3. Select iPhone Storage

At the top of the screen, you can check out how much storage is used on your iPhone, what content takes up the most space, and how much memory is left.
