This website is intended to be an interactive guide to help enroll your mobile device to access email and work apps.
Note for iOS users: After you are finished, if you use the native calender widget it will not show work events anymore, you will have to use the outlook widget instead.
When you have made available space, please press "Next". If you need help clearing space on your device, please go to our help center.
If you have Face ID enabled and Stolen Device Protection turned on it may prevent you from enrolling your phone. Turn off Stolen Device Protection on your iPhone for at least an hour before enrolling your phone.
To check if you have Stolen Device Protection enabled:
1. Open your Settings app
2. Select “Face ID & Passcode.” If you have a passcode set up, you will need to enter it to continue.
3. Scroll down to “Stolen Device Protection”. It will be labeled “On” or “Off.”

1. Tap the Mail icon on the bottom left of the screen.
2. In the upper left corner, tap the Inbox icon.
3. Tap the Settings icon.
4. Under Mail, tap Signature.
5. Write your signature.
6. Tap Save.
Composing a New Email
2. Tap the Plus sign.
3. Enter the recipient's email address or the name of employee.
4. Tap to select the employee or other contact.
5. Enter a subject and message
6. Select the send email icon.
Responding to an Email
2. On the bottom of the screen, click the Reply or Reply to All option.
3. Enter the Message and tap Send.
Enabling an Out of Office Message
1. Tap the Mail icon bottom left of the screen.
2. Upper left corner, tap the Inbox icon.
4. Tap the Check Mark.
5. Tap your Mail Account (e.g. Office 365).
6. Enable Automatic Replies. If needed, select a date range to reply.
7. Tap to Reply to everyone or Reply only to my organization.
8. Write your message.

4. Under Mail, tap Swipe Options.
5. Tap the Blue Arrow under Swipe Right or Swipe Left.
6. Tap one of the various options.

5. Under Mail, change which email accounts you wish to receive notifications.
Searching Mail, Events, Contacts, and Files
1. Tap Search.
2. Click in the Search field.
3. Narrow the scope by selecting All, Mail, People, Files, or Events.
4. View the results.
Scheduling a Meeting
1. Tap the Calendar icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Enter a Title.
4. Tap People to add meeting invitees.
5. Enter the meeting's details, including the date, time, and location.
6. Tap the Checkmark to save the entry and send the invitation

Accepting a Meeting Invite Using RSVP
Respond to an invite in Outlook mobile quickly with RSVP.
1. Next to the invite, tap RSVP.
2. See where the events falls on your calendar, add a message if you like, and tap Yes, Maybe, or No, to respond.

On iOS
1. Click and press down on an empty space on the home screen.
2. Click on the + at the top left-hand corner.
Note: in iOS version 18 and above the + button has been replaced with an "Edit" button, select that and then tap "Add Widget"
3. Select Outlook Agenda, then select Add Widget and select Done.
On Android
1. Hold your finger on an empty space on your home screen.
2. Tap Widgets at the bottom of your screen.
3. Swipe until you find the Outlook group and tap it.
4. Touch and hold the Outlook Agenda widget and move it to where you want on your Home screen.
5. Choose your settings and tap OK. Then drag the borders of the widget to the size you prefer

2. Tap Storage.
From there, you can see what's taking up space on your phone.
1. Tap Settings.
2. Choose General.
3. Select iPhone Storage.
At the top of the screen, you can check out how much storage is used on your iPhone, what content takes up the most space, and how much memory is left.
